Yes. Authenticity is our number one priority. Each timepiece is inspected by our in-house watchmakers before it is listed on Phigora and is guaranteed 100% authentic. Every item comes with a Phigora Certificate of Authenticity.

Do Phigora watches come with a warranty?

Yes. All Phigora watches come with a two-year warranty that covers mechanical defects of the movement. The warranty does not cover physical damage due to wear.

What is your return policy?

You can return a watch for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn. There is a full refund with bank wire and a restocking fee for credit card payments. Special order watches sourced on request may not be eligible for refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, cryptocurrency, and bank wire. Better pricing is available with Zelle and bank wire payments.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. We have a store location in Great Neck, Long Island, New York. You can schedule an appointment to visit us.

Do you repair watches?

Yes. We own and operate Watch Central, a 25-year-old service center with seven Swiss-trained watchmakers and polishers, offering full in-house repair and restoration.
