What is your Return Policy?
We have a very flexible return policy. You can return a watch for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn. There is a full refund with bank wire payments and a 4% restocking fee for credit card payments. Please see our full return policy for more information.
Are prices negotiable? Can I make an offer that is lower than the watch’s listed price?
Yes, As a buyer, you have the option to make an offer below the listed price by clicking on "Make an Offer." We can then choose to accept your offer or respond with a counteroffer.
