Phigora offers a 14-day hassle-free return window on most purchases. If you’re not fully satisfied, simply return the watch in its original, unaltered condition.

• Bank wire payments are eligible for a full refund.
• Credit Card and PayPal refunds are subject to a 4% restocking fee.
• Watches showing signs of wear, alteration, or modification may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%, at our discretion.
  

We ask that returned watches include all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork, and that they are not modified or damaged in any way.

We offer free, insured shipping on all domestic orders. Your watch is securely packaged and fully tracked from our hands to yours at no extra cost.

Two-Year Warranty

Every watch sold at Phigora is professionally serviced, pressure tested, and polished prior to shipping. We proudly offer a complimentary two-year warranty that covers the movement of the watch.

Please note: This warranty does not cover physical or cosmetic damage due to wear, accidental impact, water exposure (if not rated), or misuse.
