Authenticity Guarantee

We want to eliminate any concerns or doubts you may have when making your purchase. Every watch is inspected and authenticated before it’s listed to sell. While not all pre-owned watches come with it’s original certificate, every item comes with a Phigora Certificate of authenticity. We guaranty authenticity or your money back.

Returns & Refunds

At Phigora we value all of our patrons and promise to do our part in reassuring your complete satisfaction after every purchase. We understand that not every purchase may be a good fit, or simply the item just wasn’t what you are looking for. Unless otherwise indicated, you can return any watch for any reason within 14 days of receiving. You will be refunded entirely for your purchase if you made a bank wire payment. There will be a 4% restocking fee for refunds of Credit Card and Paypal transactions. We do however ask that you not alter any watches while under your possession. Modified watches will be subject to additional restocking fees in our discretion. This includes intentional modifications such as exchanged, removed, or added parts, as well as unintentional modifications such as scratches, dents, or mechanical tampering

Warranty

All of our watches at Phigora go through a rigorous inspection process. Your watch is serviced as need, pressure tested, and polished prior to shipping. We provide a two year warranty which applies to the movement of the watch and not physical damage due to wear.
