Phigora offers a 7-day hassle-free return window on most purchases. If you’re not fully satisfied, simply return the watch in its original, unaltered condition.

• Bank wire payments are eligible for a full refund.
• Credit Card and PayPal refunds are subject to a 4% restocking fee.
• Watches showing signs of wear, alteration, or modification may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%, at our discretion.
  

We ask that returned watches include all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork, and that they are not modified or damaged in any way.

Two-Year Warranty

Every watch sold at Phigora is professionally serviced, pressure tested, and polished prior to shipping. We proudly offer a complimentary two-year warranty that covers the movement of the watch.

Please note: This warranty does not cover physical or cosmetic damage due to wear, accidental impact, water exposure (if not rated), or misuse.
