What is your Return Policy?

We have a very flexible return policy. You can return a watch for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn. There is a full refund with bank wire payments and a 4% restocking fee for credit card payments. Please see our full return policy for more information.

Are prices negotiable? Can I make an offer that is lower than the watch’s listed price?

I went here recently to purchase a Rolex Explorer 36mm, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The Phigora team communicated very clearly over WhatsApp, and was able to give me a great offer on the watch I was trading in, especially compared to other watch stores I was considering.
