Phigora is committed to authenticity and quality. Every timepiece in our collection undergoes a meticulous inspection by our in-house. We offer only the finest pre-owned luxury watches in New York, because we understand that purchasing a luxury watch is an important decision. That’s why we want you to feel fully confident and secure in your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept online?

For Online Transactions we accept Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, Diners, Elo, JCB, UnionPay), Paypal, Affirm, Zelle, Trade-In, Cryptocurrency and Bank Transfer.

What is your Return Policy?

We have a very flexible return policy. You can return a watch for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn. There is a full refund with bank wire payments and a 4% restocking fee for credit card payments. Please see our full return policy for more information.

Are prices negotiable? Can I make an offer that is lower than the watch’s listed price?

Yes, As a buyer, you have the option to make an offer below the listed price by clicking on "Make an Offer." We can then choose to accept your offer or respond with a counteroffer.

We proudly stand behind each of our pre-owned watches with the Phigora Guarantee. Every watch on our platform is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed for sale. While not all pre-owned watches come with their original certificates, each piece is accompanied by a Phigora Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate guarantees the watch’s authenticity—or your money back.

I messaged them after seeing the Rolex I was looking for on their website. Their response time is extremely quick. I went here recently to purchase a Rolex Explorer 36mm, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The Phigora team communicated very clearly over WhatsApp, and was able to give me a great offer on the watch I was trading in, especially compared to other watch stores I was considering. Very nice in person, and they honored the price discussed over WhatsApp (which was VERY fair by the way). I cannot recommend these people enough! Please buy from these people!
