We understand that not every purchase may be a good fit, or simply the item just wasn’t what you are looking for. Unless otherwise indicated, you can return any watch for any reason within 14 days of receiving. You will be refunded entirely for your purchase if you made a bank wire payment. There will be a 4% restocking fee for refunds of Credit Card and Paypal transactions. We do however ask that you not alter any watches while under your possession. Modified watches will be subject to additional restocking fees in our discretion. This includes intentional modifications such as exchanged, removed, or added parts, as well as unintentional modifications such as scratches, dents, or mechanical tampering
All of our watches at Phigora go through a rigorous inspection process. Your watch is serviced as need, pressure tested, and polished prior to shipping. We provide a two year warranty which applies to the movement of the watch and not physical damage due to wear.
